2.Structure of the bridge saw cutting machine

  The main structure of the best bridge saw is made of cast iron, which guarantees maximum stability during machining. The movable bridge moves along the longitudinal rails and the working head is raised and lowered along the rails on the bridge. The guide rails are made of chrome alloy and are protected by a protective cover, which is immersed in oil. The table can be fixed in any position from 0° to 360°.

 The cutting speed can be adjusted by means of a motor. The spindle is equipped with an impulse motor and the saw blade is mounted on the spindle. The saw blade can be tilted for bevelling. The power control cabinet is mounted on the right side of the bridge and contains the main control keys as well as a suspended control keypad. The main operating commands can be entered on the overhead control keypad. The support arm of the suspended control keypad is movable and it can be moved to the centre of the table for easy operation. Switches, thermal protectors, door lock switches and power motion controls are mounted on top of the control cabinet dials. The cables and cooling water pipes are housed in soft guides from the machine connection to the control cabinet and to the working saw blade for safe and easy movement.

  All the speeds of the bridge saw machine can be controlled by means of a frequency converter, allowing the required positions to be reached quickly and with high precision.The stone cutting bridge saw is easy to operate thanks to the overhead control keypad. The programmed operation is also very simple. Some bridge cutters have a display on the control panel. The suspension control keyboard is equipped with keys for left, right, up and down movement of the bridge, as well as keys for forward and backward movement of the cutting speed. A programmable display is also positioned on the suspended control panel. The process is programmed by selecting the forward and reverse motion controls for the bridge placed on the control cabinet.
