• Choose Stone Material

• Stone Slicing

According to the customer's processing requirements, a circular saw or stone block cutter cut the block material into a rough board process. After cutting, we should do an inspection first, qualified stone slabs will be retained, unqualified ones will be removed, and the super-thick stone slabs will be processed after the fixed treatment. （if you purchase a stone slabs, can skip this step）

• Polishing Processing

The stone slabs are roughly and carefully polished with a grinding machine, and at present, manual polishing machines and multi-head stone polishing machine are mainly used in the grinding machine market. After the stone plate has dried, you can directly carry out fine grinding, the gloss of the fine grinding generally reaches more than 90 °. After grinding, the shine level is generally above 90°. manual polishing machine is easy to operate, high flexibility, low purchase cost, but the polishing efficiency is low, suitable for small-scale processing factory or individual workers; multi-head stone polishing machine, automated operation, equipped with a number of polishing grinding head, high polishing efficiency, high stone gloss, good results, high equipment purchase cost, suitable for large-scale stone processing plant, able to cope with a large number of orders.

• Stone Edge Cutting

Cutting stone slabs with an infrared bridge cutting machine according to production order requirements, cutting out the various parts of the countertop - main countertop, back splash, side splash front splash, etc. Cutting should pay attention to the surface to be checked before, the stone defects marked before, to avoid cracks, black spots, color lines, color spots, sweeping flowers, and so on.

• Stone Edge Processing

Edge processing is to process the edge of the countertop, such as grinding straight edge, shaped edge (bullnose edge, duckbill edge, etc.). There are two kinds of edge grinding methods commonly used in the market: 1. manual edge grinding, simple shape, high flexibility, but low efficiency, the standard degree of the product is affected by the craftsman's technology; 2. stone edge grinding machine, can do a variety of shapes, high standard degree of the product, the degree of automation is high, high efficiency, but the purchase cost is high. • Basin Drilling

Basin drilling is a key step in the processing of countertop slabs, which is mainly used to cut the holes for washbasin, faucet holes, and under-counter basin installation holes. Usually, a 5-axis bridge saw is used to cut the holes or manually with professional tools. 5 axis bridge saw is powerful and requires a high level of the operator, but the purchase cost is high, generally small factories are limited by budget and can only use manually to cut the holes, which is less costly to process, but the accuracy is relatively low.
